Hot Springs Embassy Suites in Hot Springs, AR, is seeking a Full-time Front Desk Supervisor. You will supervise daily front desk operations, oversee check-ins/outs, and mentor the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring customer service leadership experience, strong communication, and a detail‑oriented approach. You should be comfortable with hotel systems, cash handling, and staying on your feet to support VIP arrivals and busy shifts.

• Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest interactions.
• Coach, train, and motivate front desk associates; act as the team’s go-to guru.
• Handle guest concerns with grace and urgency, setting a positive tone.
• Monitor cash handling, shift reports, and compliance with brand standards.
• Jump in wherever needed—phones, reader board, VIP arrivals, etc.
