Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a Full-time Front Desk Agent to manage guest check-ins/outs with warmth and accuracy and serve as a friendly, reliable problem solver for guests and teammates.

You will support and train new front desk team members, resolve guest issues quickly, and assist with daily tasks to keep the lobby guest-ready.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and patience to keep things running smoothly.
• Experience in hospitality or leadership (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Tech-savvy to use hotel systems with confidence.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet.

What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

• Customer service experience – You’ve got the people skills and patience to keep things running smoothly.
• Experience in hospitality or leadership (preferred) – This isn’t your first rodeo, and it shows.
• High school diploma or equivalent – Because communication, math, and common sense are key.
• Tech savvy enough to use hotel systems with confidence – No one wants to be stuck at the front desk with a frozen screen.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet – This role keeps you moving, literally.
