Job summary

StepStone Hospitality in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the TownePlace Suites by Marriott. The role reports to the General Manager and focuses on guest experience, operational excellence, and financial performance.

Ideal candidates will lead a team, ensure smooth front office operations, manage reservations, and collaborate with engineering, housekeeping, and F&B to maximize occupancy and revenue. Excellent English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent English communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to design and prepare statistical reports.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures and attend required meetings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards of quality guest service.
• Achieve revenues and manage expenses for the guest services department.
• Develop short- and long-term plans for the guest service department that relate to the hotel’s objectives.
• Maintain supervision over operations including Engineering, Housekeeping and F&B.
• Oversee all problem resolution in the absence of the GM.
• Increase guest satisfaction through staff development.
• Manage the reservation function to maximize occupancy and ADR through suggestive selling by associates.
