Job summary

Hilton Rosemont/Chicago O'Hare is seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead the front desk team, uphold Hilton standards, and ensure a seamless guest experience during each shift.

You will coach agents, handle guest concerns, manage check-ins/outs, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and ensure accurate reports while maintaining a warm, professional welcome.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and guest relations abilities.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience.
• Ability to coach and train a front desk team.
• Knowledge of Hilton brand standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, register, verify reservations and blocks.
• Oversee front desk operations and ensure proper registration and checkout.
• Provide ongoing training and support to front desk agents.
• Review VIP arrivals and inform staff to ensure proper room assignment.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain front desk equipment and supplies.
