DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chicago - Oak Brook is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to orchestrate guest registration and checkout, and oversee the daily front desk operations. You will greet guests, verify reservations, manage payments, and supervise front desk agents to ensure accurate and smooth service.

The role requires training others, maintaining reports, and ensuring front desk tools and supplies are ready.

Qualifications

• Greet and register guests with accuracy; verify reservation details and payment information.
• Provide clear information about hotel services and rewards programs.
• Supervise front desk staff to ensure proper check-in/out procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests; register them and verify details.
• Accept payments and manage a house bank with accurate reporting.
• Supervise front desk agents and assign tasks for registration, charging, and cleanliness.
• Review day’s arrivals, VIPs and pre-registrations; communicate to staff and other departments.
• Provide ongoing training and support to front desk agents.
• Ensure daily reports and forms are completed.
• Maintain front desk equipment and supplies.
