Peachtree Group, managing Hampton Inn Delray Beach, seeks a Front Office Supervisor to ensure smooth guest services and exceptional feedback.

You will supervise daily shift operations, train and coach front desk staff, resolve guest issues quickly, and liaise with housekeeping, reservations and other departments. You will also oversee cash handling in line with hotel policy and support a positive, service‑oriented guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising guest services teams.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and coach staff.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced hotel front desk environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift processes ensuring all team members adhere to SOPs.
• Train, direct the work of, resolve issues, and coach front desk staff to ensure quality operation.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction and service quality.
• Build relationships and liaise with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments.
• Control cash transactions at the front desk and manage personal bank per hotel policy.
