Peachtree Group seeks a Front Office Supervisor to lead our guest services team and shape memorable guest experiences. You will oversee front desk operations, drive SOP adherence, and coach staff to ensure a seamless service flow.

Ideal candidates will supervise shifts, manage customer issues swiftly, and collaborate with housekeeping and reservations. A strong focus on accuracy in cash handling is required to maintain financial integrity.

Qualifications

• Supervise daily shift processes and ensure SOP adherence.
• Train, direct, coach, and counsel front desk staff for quality operations.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift processes ensuring all team members adhere to standards operating procedures.
• Train, direct the work of, resolve issues/problems, and coach and counsel the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
• Build strong relationships and liaise with all other department's especially housekeeping, reservations, etc.
• Controls cash transactions at the front desk and maintains complete responsibility for personal bank as specified by hotel bank agreement policy.
