Midas Hospitality is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Agent to join our hotel team. This role is based at 2350 West Tyvola Road, Charlotte, NC, and is part-time, focusing on delivering outstanding guest service from check-in through check-out.

The ideal candidate enjoys helping guests, solving problems, and thrives in a fast-paced, welcoming environment while maintaining professionalism and communication with team members.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn hotel property management systems (PMS).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude during check-in and check-out.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, promotions, and availability.
• Promote loyalty programs and assist guests with questions about services.
• Handle cash, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Complete daily front desk procedures and ensure a clean lobby area.
