Job summary

The Courtland Grand - Atlanta, GA is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to support the Front Office Manager in delivering exceptional guest service. You will supervise guest service agents, assist with check-in/out, and ensure accurate computer entries and payment processing.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of hospitality customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle stressful situations with diplomacy and care.

Qualifications

• One year experience in customer service in hospitality or similar industry.
• Ability to stand, walk and perform duties at a front desk.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and assist with check-in.
• Input and retrieve information in the computer system.
• Handle cash, process payments and balance a house bank.
• Answer phones promptly and relay messages accurately.
• Resolve guest issues by researching and applying solutions.
• Provide information on local attractions and hotel services.
