Job summary

Evolution Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor in Miami to lead guest check-ins, reservations, VIP requests and deliver unforgettable hospitality. You’ll guide a team, ensure smooth operations, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 2–3 years hotel experience with supervisory exposure, a valid driver's license, and relevant safety/certification knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in related field helpful.
• 2–3 years of progressive hotel experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR & First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth, manage smooth check-ins/check-outs and VIP requests.
• Track logs, manage messages and packages with professionalism and speed.
• Monitor rates, packages and promotions to boost room revenue and value.
• Lead and train associates, address guest concerns while upholding safety standards.
