Job summary

Delaware North Gaming seeks a full-time Hotel Front Desk Supervisor for the Sheraton Hotel in Nashua, NH. You will oversee front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest service, training staff, and coordinating with housekeeping to ensure smooth check-ins.

The role requires 2+ years in hospitality with front desk and supervisory experience preferred, strong MS Office skills, and fluent English. Nights and weekends availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in hospitality; front desk experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Computer literate in MS Office; some PMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise the front desk team to meet standards and deadlines.
• Provide guidance on handling guest issues and escalations.
• Enforce policies and service standards with management.
• Prepare schedules, deadlines, and duty assignments for staff.
• Coordinate with housekeeping.
