DOUBLETREE BY HILTON NASHUA is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to maintain a friendly atmosphere for guests and associates while ensuring policy adherence and brand standards.

You will supervise Guest Representatives and Night Auditors, and act as Manager on Duty as needed. The role supports a positive, cooperative work environment with a focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring availability for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hotel front desk experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred but NOT required if you have hotel experience.
• Willingness to develop managerial and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Foster a friendly atmosphere for associates and guests.
• Model exemplary performance for staff.
