Job summary

StoneBridge in Maryland Heights is seeking a guest-focused Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team, greet guests on arrival, assist with check-in/check-out, and ensure smooth front desk operations.

You will supervise staff, respond to guest concerns, coordinate with other departments to guarantee satisfaction, and uphold the highest standards of service and professionalism in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
• Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Ability to use tact and understanding when dealing with a variety of customer service problems, including stressful and highly emotional situations.
• Ability to demonstrate genuine care for customers and employees.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk staff
