Job summary

DoubleTree by Hilton Nashua seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead room attendants, floor supervisors and cleaners, guiding day-to-day operations under the Executive Housekeeper. You’ll ensure cleanliness standards; manage schedules, training, and coordination across rooms and public areas.

The role emphasizes strict adherence to SOPs, safety, and effective communication with other departments to maintain guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operation.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or two to four years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
• Knowledge of inventory software and hotel room management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assigns team members their duties and inspects work for conformance to standards.
• Prepares and distributes room assignment sheets.
• Maintains communication with front office and other departments.
• Schedules cleaning of carpets, upholstery, and windows and coordinates deep cleaning.
• Plans cleaning for lobby, restrooms, corridors, entrances and meeting rooms.
• Oversees periodic major cleaning projects and supplies inventories.
• Supports executive Housekeeper in staff training, coaching and SOP enforcement.
• Ensures meeting rooms are properly set up and rooms are secured.
