DOUBLETREE BY HILTON NASHUA is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and coordinate the housekeeping team. You will oversee room attendants, public area cleaners and floor supervisors, ensuring clean, secure and well-maintained guest rooms in alignment with hotel standards.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to train staff, and collaboration with the front desk and other departments to deliver a superior guest experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent; 2–4 years related housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 1–10 housekeeping staff; train, coach and discipline as needed.
• Prepare and distribute room assignment sheets and schedules.
• Coordinate with front office and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Schedule cleaning tasks (carpets, windows, public areas) and deep-cleaning projects.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linen; ensure proper key control.
• Oversee meeting room setup and guest room readiness; ensure SOP compliance.
