Supervisory responsibilities, prior housekeeping experience, and strong safety awareness are preferred, with opportunities across full-time and part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand standards and HHM core values.
• Screen job applicants and hire new employees when needed.
• Train staff to clean rooms efficiently according to standards or coordinate with external vendors.
• Address associate performance and behavior concerns by direct intervention or through vendors.
• Supervise laundry employees, if applicable.
• Prepare work schedules for associates or coordinate with vendors for occupancy-based staffing.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines in daily operations.
• Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment.
• Assist in the breakfast area as needed.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
