Job Requirements: This is a full-time position. Must have availability during weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The Front Desk Supervisor will train all front desk personnel to create a positive, lasting first impression for guests and provide accurate information for all guest queries, maintaining a friendly, relaxing atmosphere from arrival to departure.
- Greet and welcome each guest as they arrive.
- Create the highest guest satisfaction possible by ensuring prompt, friendly, quality, and knowledgeable service.
- Help guest service associates have correct information at all times.
- Mentor guest service associates to achieve their goals and assist with any questions, serving as a positive role model.
- Ensure guest services staff prioritize customer service and perform check-in and check-out responsibilities accurately and consistently.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all company associates to foster a supportive environment.
- Display a calm and attentive approach in resolving problems and handling difficult situations.
- Be familiar with departments involved in serving guest needs.
- Monitor personal and departmental achievements and performance standards daily.
Other Experience and Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma (Required)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in Guest Services within a resort setting; 5 years preferred.
- Skills: Ability to work effectively with staff across the resort, train and motivate others, and maintain a positive attitude and polite personality.
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift 20 lbs, stand or sit for at least 8 hours, and perform physical movements such as walking, turning, bending.
- Mental Requirements: Capable of routine math calculations and effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing.
