Kalahari Resorts & Conventions delivers a waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-inspired resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops, and a state-of-the-art convention center.

We are inviting you to apply for our Front Office Supervisor position. In this role, you will assist the front office management team while providing courteous and efficient service to all guests. You will serve as a resource for guest inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction before arrival and throughout their stay. You will use our property management system to assign rooms, issue keys, view and update guest folios, and handle payments.

Requirements for this position include at least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel, resort, or related field. Proficiency in Windows software is necessary, along with the ability to clearly convey information, work well under pressure, and maintain composure. Flexibility to work long hours may be required.
