Job Title: OpenShift Team Lead (Remote, Contract)

Type: Contract-Based

Location: 100% Remote

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST

Responsibilities:

1. Lead architecture, deployment, and optimization of OpenShift clusters.
2. Manage migration to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or OpenShift Dedicated.
3. Oversee CI/CD pipelines using Argo CD and ensure DevOps best practices.
4. Provide deep operational support and resolve high-impact issues.
5. Mentor team members and drive innovation within the infrastructure team.
6. Automate infrastructure using Terraform/Ansible and scripting languages.
7. Ensure cluster reliability, scalability, and security.

Minimum Requirements:

• 10+ years in IT with a strong focus on OpenShift/Kubernetes.
• Expertise in container orchestration, CI/CD (Argo CD, GitOps), and cloud-native tools.
• Strong Linux administration (Red Hat, Rocky8) and scripting skills (Bash, Python).
• Proficiency with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki).
• Experience with OpenShift migration to GCP/OpenShift Dedicated.
• Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):

• CNCF, Red Hat, HashiCorp certifications.
