Alpha Fit Club Glen Rock is looking for a motivated Front Desk Associate to greet members, manage check-ins, and assist with class bookings. You will guide members through membership options and promotions, while actively promoting memberships and class packages to enhance their gym experience.

The role also includes keeping the front desk organized, supporting trainers, and troubleshooting basic tech issues to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet members with a warm, welcoming attitude and assist with check-ins and class bookings.

• Promote and upsell memberships and class packages to members.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area; support trainers with class transitions.
• Troubleshoot minor tech issues with check-in systems and class software.
