Job summary

Alpha Fit Club Glen Rock is looking for a motivated Front Desk Associate to greet members, manage check-ins, and assist with class bookings. You will guide members through membership options and promotions, while actively promoting memberships and class packages to enhance their gym experience.

The role also includes keeping the front desk organized, supporting trainers, and troubleshooting basic tech issues to ensure smooth operations.

As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be the first face our members see, setting the tone for their entire experience. You are responsible for providing exceptional service, maintaining smooth day-to-day operations, and ensuring the studio runs efficiently. Your ability to multitask, sell memberships and retail, problem-solve, and bring positive energy will contribute to the overall success of the gym.

Key Responsibilities

• Member Experience Customer Service
  • Greet members with a warm, welcoming attitude
  • Assist with check-ins and class bookings
  • Provide information on membership options, promotions, and policies
  • Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally
• Sales
  • Actively promote and sell memberships and class packages
  • Educate members on promotions, add-ons, and benefits to enhance their experience
• Operational Support
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
  • Support trainers and coaches with class transitions and studio upkeep
  • Troubleshoot minor tech issues with check-in systems and class software
