• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
• Address member requests or escalate to a manager.
• Sell retail products.
• Process payments for member services per procedures.
• Know club facilities, services, and schedules.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist in all projects as directed by club management.
• Follow all policies in the Employee Handbook.
