Retro Fitness in Bay Shore, NY seeks a Front Desk Associate to greet members and guests, check in, and promote memberships and services that help people reach their fitness goals. You’ll be the first face they see and help create a positive club experience.

You will handle questions and billing issues, keep the desk organized and on-brand, support daily operations, and collaborate with the team to deliver a fun, professional atmosphere with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service or front desk experience preferred.
• Comfortable with upselling and helping members.
• Organized, energetic and positive attitude.
• Available to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in all members and guests.
• Sell memberships, smoothies, supplements and personal training.
• Answer questions, resolve billing issues and track front desk activity.
• Keep the front desk area clean, stocked and on-brand.
• Support day-to-day operations and team communication.
• Create a fun, professional and helpful experience for everyone.
