Glowbar in Boston is seeking a Studio Guide to be the heartbeat of the client experience. You’ll greet guests, drive membership and package sales, book follow-up visits, and keep the studio spotless from front desk to back of house.

We value 1+ years in hospitality or sales, a genuine passion for people, and a proven ability to close. This is a fast-paced, commission-based role with strong earning potential in a beauty-forward team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality or sales experience with proven sales results.
• Genuine passion for people and creating memorable experiences.
• Confidence in sales conversations with willingness to earn commissions.
• Ability to close sales and convert prospects into recurring members.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every client with warmth and energy, making them feel valued.
• Drive membership and package sales by connecting clients to Glowbar.
• Lock in rebooking and manage waitlist to optimize the schedule.
• Be the voice of the studio via phone, email, and text.
• Share product knowledge and at-home routine suggestions to support skincare goals.
• Track personal sales performance and contribute to improvements.
• Keep the studio spotless and client-ready from front desk to laundry.
• Share observations with management to improve client experience.
