• Confident in sales conversations and meeting membership goals
• Warm, professional presence with hospitality-first mindset
• Flexible availability including weekends

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit
• Drive membership and package sales by connecting clients to Glowbar
• Manage rebooking and waitlist to keep the schedule optimized
• Handle client communication via phone, email, and text
• Share product knowledge and at-home routine ideas
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and client-ready
• Provide feedback to management to improve the client experience
