Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Secretarial science program or minimum 6 months clerical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for guests and visitors in person and by phone.
• Operate facility phone and paging system.
• Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information and follow company policies.
