Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Receptionist to efficiently perform clerical support and serve as the facility’s first greeter for visitors in person and by phone, in accordance with Life Care standards.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a secretarial program or 6 months clerical experience; proficiency in Word, Excel, and email is essential. This PRN role emphasizes confidentiality, professionalism, and teamwork in a post-acute care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Secretarial science program from an accredited college/university or 6 months clerical experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and email; professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests and visitors in person or by phone.
• Operate the facility phone and paging system.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Assist in the evacuation of patients.
• Maintain dependable, regular attendance.
• Use reasoning and good judgment in daily tasks.
• Collaborate on an interdisciplinary team.
• Sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, and move intermittently during shifts.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
