Sono Bello in New Orleans is hiring for a Front Desk position at our cosmetic surgery center. Training is provided. You will greet patients, verify appointments, and guide them into the office, delivering excellent customer service throughout the patient journey.

Responsibilities include supporting sales consultants, scheduling, processing payments, and handling deposits. Strong communication and multitasking are essential in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on a positive patient

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-desk roles, ideally in medical or aesthetic settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, verify appointments, and introduce them to the office.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the patient journey.
• Support Sales Consultants by facilitating consultations and admin tasks.
• Schedule appointments, process payments, and prepare deposits.
• Collaborate to identify patient success stories for online endorsements.
• Assist with patient inquiries and follow-ups pre- and post-operative.
• Assist with cross-selling by preparing quotes and consent forms.
