Sono Bello in New Orleans is seeking a dynamic Front Desk - Cosmetic Surgery Center role with training provided. As the first point of contact for patients, you will ensure a warm welcome, manage appointments, and support the sales team in a fast-paced cosmetic surgery environment.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred) and has customer service experience, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service or front-desk roles, ideally in medical or aesthetic settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly, verify appointments, and ensure a seamless introduction to the office.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the patient journey with a professional demeanor.
• Support Sales Consultants by facilitating consultations and assisting with administrative tasks.
• Ensure accurate data entry, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and preparing deposits.
• Collaborate with team to identify patient success stories for online endorsements.
