You will manage calls, coordinate patient scheduling, and support the care team in a welcoming, efficient environment. Responsibilities include form scanning, copay collection, and maintaining a tidy front desk and reception area.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and patients as the face of the infusion center.
• Schedule infusion appointments and collect copays and paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Keep the facility clean and organized; order supplies as needed.
• Scan forms into EMR and assist with inventory reconciliation.
