Job summary

Pecos Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Desk Associate for Waxahachie, TX. This part-time role requires guest-focused service, efficient check-in/check-out, and strong communication. Shifts run from 7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm, with weekends/holidays possible.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, proficient with a Property Management System, and capable of standing for extended periods while assisting guests and supporting daily hotel operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register guests and issue room keys; provide hotel information.
• Handle check-in and check-out in a timely, courteous manner.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Upsell rooms to maximize hotel revenue when possible.
• Maintain front desk equipment, including POS and printer/fax.
• Document events and incidents in the log; assist with breakfast setup.
