Qualifications

• Previous experience in reception, administrative, or customer service roles.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Manage reception desk operations to ensure consistent coverage during business hours.
• Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional and efficient manner.
• Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure compliance with required documentation and posting requirements.
• Monitor and organize incoming and outgoing communications, including messages and inquiries.
• Assist with coordinating internal communication between departments.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the reception area.
• Identify and elevate operational issues, documentation concerns, or compliance gaps.
