Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; strong communication skills.
• Two years in behavioral health, medical, or healthcare front office.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s in human services preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and maintain confidentiality.
• Proven multitasking and meeting deadlines in a busy front desk role.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and manage front desk communications.
• Coordinate intake interviews, scheduling, and insurance verification.
• Assist families with paperwork and enrollment; process referrals within 24 hours.
• Maintain lobby organization, data entry, and EMR accuracy.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and school partners to ensure timely access.
