Gold's Gym NC is hiring a Front Desk Associate to greet members and guests, manage front door access, and provide excellent service. The role includes member check-in, answering inquiries, and directing guests to fitness consultants, with a focus on friendly, professional communication.

The position requires strong customer service, basic cash handling, and multitasking abilities, plus the ability to work opening shifts and maintain a neat, welcoming reception area.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and members.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Basic math and cash handling proficiency.
• Functional computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsabilités

• Greet members and guests warmly and direct them as they enter the gym.
• Control front door access and assist with retail area security.
• Check members in using the proper procedures and register guests.
• Respond to inquiries and relay messages to Fitness Consultants.
• Answer phones promptly and handle messages professionally.
• Follow opening and closing procedures and maintain entry area cleanliness.
• Assist with light cleaning, restocking, and inventory as needed.
• Provide friendly customer service and address inquiries promptly.
