Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at the front desk by carrying out site-specific security procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the building, verify visitor credentials, and issue visitor passes while maintaining records.
• Answer incoming calls, provide directions and general building information, and communicate routine concerns to site contacts.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following emergency procedures.
• Maintain awareness of front desk activity and document daily routines and incidents.
