Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer — Full Time Reception Guest Relations in El Segundo, CA. You will greet visitors, manage access, and provide high-level customer service at a commercial real estate site.

As a Front Desk Officer, you will monitor security systems, deter incidents, document shift activity, and coordinate with property management. This role requires a proactive, professional presence and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and regulation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff at a commercial real estate location.
• Welcome visitors, verify access requirements, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security systems; report anomalies and maintenance concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents and tenant requests following emergency procedures.
• Maintain clear communication with property management and leadership; complete required reports and shift documentation.
