Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks and drug screening will be conducted as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and building personnel by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk and serve as a professional point of contact for visitors, guests, vendors, and delivery personnel.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials and authorization, issue passes, and maintain entry records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly while following escalation and reporting procedures.
• Assist with communications and coordination with building management and emergency responders as needed.
