Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and background checks in compliance with laws.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to operate a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at the front desk of a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor access to the building by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and maintaining records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following established procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Monitor front-desk communications (phones, radios, electronic access systems) and relay information to building management.
• Assist in maintaining an orderly lobby by reporting maintenance concerns and policy violations.
