Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients per site procedures.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and access approval, maintain records.
• Monitor entry activity, cameras, alarms, and security systems from the front desk area.
• Respond to incidents and escalation procedures in a calm, professional manner.
• Communicate with building personnel and Allied Universal leadership, documenting daily activities and observations.
