• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests at a luxury retail location while carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access, verify visitor credentials, and maintain logs for visitors, vendors, and deliveries.
• Respond calmly to incidents and concerns following established emergency procedures.
• Maintain a professional front desk presence and report suspicious activity to leadership and security teams.
• Direct guests and communicate information to store leadership and responders as needed.
