Qualifications

• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors at government office reception area according to site procedures.
• Greet visitors, verify IDs and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain visitor records.
• Monitor access to the reception area and direct guests to appropriate offices.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following procedures and notifying personnel.
• Maintain communication with site personnel and leadership regarding visitor activity and security concerns.
