Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Background check required by laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial office property by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor lobby access, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials, and maintain visitor logs.
• Respond to incidents and tenant concerns in a calm, professional manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Monitor access control systems, cameras, alarms, and other site equipment; report issues to site leadership.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence and complete required reports and documentation.
