Minimum requirements include at least 6 months of security experience, access control familiarity, and strong customer service. Daytime shifts, on-site role, with training and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional, welcoming presence at the front desk of a commercial office location.
• Verify visitor access and issue temporary credentials, maintaining records.
• Answer phones, direct guests, and communicate with building management.
• Monitor access points, lobby activity, and security systems from the front desk.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site procedures.
