Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• 18+ (21+ for armed roles) required.

• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees at a commercial real estate location while carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and access authorization, and maintain visitor logs.
• Monitor lobby activity, access points, and security systems, report unusual activity and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally per emergency procedures.
• Assist with communications, including phones, directions, deliveries, and coordination with management and responders.
