Qualifications

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, a background investigation will be conducted.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as permitted by law.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies, including emergency response when needed.
• Serve as a front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying access, and directing guests according to site procedures.
• Monitor visitor entry and departure, maintain logs, and support access-control processes.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel.
