Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Visitor Arrival Operations in Los Angeles, CA. You will greet visitors, manage access control, monitor lobby activity, and provide professional customer service to tenants and guests in a dynamic, welcoming setting.

Role requires 18+ (21+ for armed roles where applicable), a high school diploma or equivalent, and successful background and drug screening. Schedule includes day/evening shifts with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service at the front desk of a commercial real estate location by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing tenants, guests, and vendors as appropriate.
• Carry out site-specific security-related procedures, visitor-management requirements, and access-control protocols for tenants, employees, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Monitor lobby activity, cameras, alarms, and other assigned systems, and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and emergency situations in a calm, courteous, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders when needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while supporting a professional and welcoming lobby environment.
