Job summary

FirstService Residential in Florida is seeking a Front Desk Associate who can work independently with strong communication and customer service skills. You will greet residents, check guests and service providers in and out, and monitor security systems while maintaining accurate logs.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and readiness to respond to emergencies. A high school diploma and experience in hospitality or business are preferred, as is multi-language

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and manage time effectively.
• Monitor Emergency Response System.
• Greet and direct Residents, guests, and invitees.
• Operate Electronic Security Control Systems.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and efficiently.
• Control access to the building.
• Maintain daily logs, records, and forms.
• Resolve and follow up on complaints and issues.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property.
• May perform other duties as assigned by the property manager.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
