Job summary

Solar-Cannabis-Co. is seeking a Dispensary Entry Agent to support front-desk operations in a regulated environment. The role involves greeting customers and visitors, verifying IDs, and enforcing safety and entry procedures. You will coordinate with managers and assist with security-related duties.

The ideal candidate manages time effectively, handles confidential information, and maintains a clean workspace while supporting overnight and weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail.
• Organizational and time management skills required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Comfortable with handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce the company’s safety and entry procedures.
• Enthusiastically greet all customers, staff and visitors that enter the building.
• Check identification of all customers and visitors before permitting them inside the building.
• Monitor the security cameras and alert management of potential diversion or safety breaches.
• Answer front desk phone and direct calls accordingly.
• Assist with clearing snow and or applying salt to building exterior walkways, including any entrance or exit.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
