Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including POS systems and GoogleSuite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 21+ and possess (or be able to obtain) an Arizona Facility Agent Card.

Responsabilités

• Guest Experience: Welcome guests, verify identification and patient status, answer general questions, and create a positive first impression.
• Customer Check-In: Verify guest eligibility, report patient allotments using the POS system, and direct guests to the appropriate team member for assistance.
• Compliance: Follow Arizona cannabis regulations and company policies while ensuring accurate patient verification and secure front desk operations.
• Cash Handling: Process transactions using the POS system, accurately handle cash payments, and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby while supporting other departments as business needs require.
