Job summary

4Front Ventures, behind Mission Dispensaries, is seeking a Retail Associate to help guests with product selections and to provide a positive, efficient shopping experience in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.

You will greet customers, answer questions, process purchases on the POS, stock shelves, and support team efforts while adhering to state cannabis regulations. Training will be provided, with growth opportunities as the dispensary expands.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable handling cash transactions and using POS systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Able to obtain a state Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card after hire
• Cannabis industry experience is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere
• Help customers navigate products and answer questions about cannabis options
• Provide recommendations based on customer needs and preferences
• Process purchases using the point-of-sale system
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately
• Prepare and package orders for customers
• Assist in multiple areas of the dispensary including reception, sales floor, and order fulfillment
• Help receive, organize, and stock inventory deliveries
• Maintain clean, organized retail and storage spaces
• Follow all company policies and state cannabis regulations
• Work closely with teammates and leadership to keep operations running smoothly
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed during busy periods
